A leading Independent Contract Caterer is looking to bring on a New Operations Director due to recent growth.
The Role:
Our client is looking for an extremely experienced Senior Operator who thrives in the Education & Business and Industry Catering Market. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 2 Operations managers and covering the sites nationwide. It's very important that this candidate has a deep understanding and passion for the contract catering sector as this role will see you working alongside the sales team to develop new business, retain current business whilst ensuring your operators are operating at full potential and delivering the best possible service. Financially astute you will set to achieve all targets and exceed expectations. This is the largest growing sector for our client and we are looking for someone who is ready to take this contractor to new levels. You must have experience in managing area managers.
