PACT is delighted to be supporting a market leading operation who are looking for an interim Project Manager to join their contact centre transformation team.
The successful candidate will be part of a centralised business change team and will be responsible for delivering transformational change and projects supporting the overall business strategy. As a business that is undergoing significant change and transformation, the role of Project Manager is crucial in the scoping and delivery of business-critical projects.
The idea candidate will Support the delivery of end to end business projects within the Contact Centre and Produce project documentation to initiate and execute projects. They will Create and manage project plans that cover the scope and deliverables of the project as well as day to day management of the project through all delivery phases, monitoring progress against milestones ensuring all activities are completed on time.
Key Skills:
- Strong Project Management within an operational business change environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create project plans, track & manage risks and report progress
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Driven to achieve outstanding results
- An understanding of working within the contact centre industry
- Project management experience or similar (e.g. Account Manager, Change Lead, Contact Centre Manager)
- Prince 2 or equivalent project methodology.
- Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel (essential)
- Microsoft Project (desirable)
- MS Visio (desirable)
