The world's leading provider of security solutions, with operations in over 100 countries Worldwide is seeking a Shift Supervisor based in Basildon to join its expanding team.

As the Shift Supervisor, your duties will be to:
- Supervise correct manning levels on all sites within the area of responsibility to ensure that both contractual and temporary work orders are satisfied to the customer's expectation and escalate to the AOC / Contracts Manager any issues that arise.
- Ensure that all changes either proposed or by the requirement to scheduled duties are escalated to the AOC / Contracts Manager to be entered into the payroll system in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that all officers are suitably trained and have adequate site instruction to carry out the required duties.
- Assist in the site / officer visiting program to achieve company guidelines by conducting monthly care visits and yearly PPS reviews for all officers under the direction of the Contracts Manager.
- Maintain an exceptional working relationship with the relevant client staff and other service providers, as required, to ensure an effective delivery of service.
- Constantly review site work practice, seeking ongoing improvement and making recommendations for improvement to site assignment Instructions.
To be a successful Shift Supervisor you will have the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience of working as a Security Officer in the Security Industry.
- A valid front line SIA Licence or current certificate of completion of SIA front line training.
- Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Have a five year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self- employment or full and part time education during that period.
In return, the Shift Supervisor will receive a salary of GBP9.40 per hour.
