We are now seeking to recruit a proven Installations Manager to be based at our Nottingham branch (NG8) and oversee a team of field based Electronic Security Installation Engineers.
You will be a motivating people manager with highly effective organisational abilities, a good level of IT literacy, experience of managing installation teams and technically competent in Electronic Security Systems, in a fast turnaround installation environment.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that budgets are met by working closely with sales consultants, undertaking effective work planning and timely communication with customers and main contractors, ensuring that the efficiency and productivity of the installation team and sub-contractors is maximised to meet installation dates and deadlines, controlling and managing costs to improve NRM by + 2%, reducing lost time (non-productive hours), providing leadership and guidance on EH&S , reaching key performance targets in installations, documentation, stock and work in progress, efficient management of direct reports and sub-contract labour, assisting the engineers with technical support and always ensuring total customer satisfaction.
