About the job:
We are now looking for a Team Leader to join our small and well established team within our store based at Dobbies Livingston, Beughburn, Houston Mains, Livingston, EH52 6PA. Our Team Leader will be required to deputise in the absence of the Store Manager working alongside the friendly Garden Centre team to develop relationships with our local customer base and deliver excellent customer service.
About you:
This is a wonderful working environment where the team members support each other to create a highly successful store. Our Team Leader will be expected to:
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to our customers
Deal with any queries and complaints
Open and close the store, when necessary
Assist the Store Manager with merchandising
Work with the Store Manager in areas of security, stock control and staff supervision
