Cotton Traders Ltd is celebrating our 30th anniversary this year. During this time, we have worked hard to create and uphold a reputation for quality, knowledge and an outstandingly friendly service within the retail market.
We are now looking for a Team Leader to join our small and well established team within our store. Our Team Leader will be required to deputise in the absence of the Store Manager working alongside the friendly Garden Centre team to develop relationships with our local customer base and deliver excellent customer service.
Working within a team of 4 this is a lovely working environment where the team look out for each other to create a highly successful store. Our Team Leader will be expected to:
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to our customers
Deal with any queries and complaints
Open and close the store, when necessary
Assist the manager with merchandising
Work with the Store Manager in areas of security, stock control and staff supervision
