They integrate proprietary and tailored equipment, bespoke fabrications and automation specifically designed, selected and sourced to meet the requirements of the client and end user. They possess a wealth of engineering knowledge, expertise and experience in solids handling, gained in many industries and applications.
Main Role Outlined
- This post offers regular exposure to fascinating engineering applications as part of an established and highly reputable family run company with a team of experienced mechanical and electrical engineers.
- The role offers frequent opportunities for engineering design innovation, professional growth and hands-on experience across many industries and processes.
- Duties include 3D & 2D CAD engineering design, specification, sourcing and procurement of equipment for industrial bulk materials handling systems. Role will also require work shop assembly and testing, site surveying and customer liaison.
Job Role Requirments
Assist with engineering of projects from receipt of sales order to completion. These tasks would be completed under the guidance of the project manager and would include but not be limited to;
- Drawing of P & I D's and awareness of process design
- Assisting with site surveys
- Development of plant general arrangement
- Piping Layouts
- Preparation of material parts list
- Management of the project plan and achievement of milestones.
- Liaison with fabricators during skid build
- Hands on assembly of skids prior to customer FAT / Delivery
- Preparation of installation drawings
- Completion of as-built drawings
- Involvement with factory testing of completed assemblies
- Liaison with internal quality control
- Assist in production of data dossiers and IOM Manuals
- Packaging and Shipping
The post would be suitable for engineering graduates or motivated engineering biased candidates with industrial experience.
Experience of AutoCad is essential and is advantageous for Autodesk Inventor. The successful candidate will be given the formal training required to fulfil the role.
