About You

The role would suit an established Logistics & Warehouse Assessor or someone who has a proven background from within the industry.

The Role

To effectively manage a high volume portfolio of QCF learners to ensure each individual is engaged, motivated and on schedule for successfully completing their qualifications and certifications. As this is a regional role, time management is essential as you be expected to undertake a vast number of appointments per week.

To be successful in this role you will

• Ideally have previous Assessor experience within a transport, logistics or warehouse environment
• Strong relationship building skills with clients & suppliers
• Proven ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
• Effective time management skills
• Possess strong face to face and telephone communication expertise
• Have excellent social and interpersonal skills
• Be used to working within a target driven environment
• QCF qualification – Warehouse & Storage Level 2 & 3 or Logistics Operations Level 2 & 3
• LGV/HGV licence
• CPC holder

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a UK full driving licence and access to a vehicle
