About You

We are looking for a confident, ‘can do’ sales orientated consultant, to actively engage with local employers to identify apprenticeship training and recruitment opportunities for people of all ages and abilities wanting to start their career path across a wide range of industries.

The Role

This will involve both telephone and face-to face contact, with the aim of recruiting Apprentices who are just starting out in the world of work or those already in work and supporting employers to fulfil their recruitment needs. You will be Identifying new business opportunities with employers as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing and future clients. Candidate management and attraction is also key part of the role.

To be successful in this role you will:-

• Have a great personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent face to face and telephone communication expertise
• Have proven experience within recruitment, business development or contact centre
• Be used to working within a target driven environment

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a UK full driving licence and access to a vehicle
