Store Manager – new opening in Chester! Up to 25k + Bonus!
I am currently recruiting for a Store Manager for an exciting new opening, of this fast/casual dining restaurant in Chester!
The first one of it’s kind; this is an exciting opportunity for an existing Store Manager from a food led background to really make their mark! With more planned to open this year, you will have the opportunity to set the standard for the brand.
I am looking for a Store Manager with a proven track record in reaching sales targets and increasing profits; whilst being a ‘hands on’ manager, leading from the front and someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, managing and training your team.
The ideal Store Manager will be an exceptional leader who is self-motivated and able to communicate effectively. With the customer at the forefront of all you do, you will be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum, as well as the chance to earn bonus based on your performance.
