Director of Population Health

Working for a market leading, global healthcare organisation as a Director of Population Health Consultant you will be responsible for driving the Population Health strategy for the UK and Western Europe. The ideal candidate will come from a clinical background, and have a strong understanding of the NHS. Knowledge of Population Health is also essential, you will know how it is implemented, and can read the data produced by the system.

The Role
As The Director of Population Health will you will be an integral team member delivering a working programme for Population Health in the UK & Western Europe, and you will assume a lead role in building strong client relationships and providing key insights into organisations. You will be responsible for supporting the sales teams and provide consultative advice to end clients.

This is a home based role, so candidates from all over the UK will be considered but must be willing to travel.

Previous Experience
*Strong experience working with Population Health and a sound working knowledge of the system
*Solid NHS background and understanding of NHS/Healthcare terminologies
*Previous Client engagement experience
*Clinical background experience is essential
*Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders
