Senior Account Executive/Account Executive

Here at McCann Complete Medical we have an opportunity for a Senior Account Executive/Account Executive to join our team based across three offices:  Oxford, London and Macclesfield. The successful Senior Account Executive/Account Executive will receive a competitive salary.

As our Senior Account Executive/Account Executive you will proactively support and assist the account teams with the management and delivery of the full range of medical communications services, with a particular focus on financial and project management.

Main responsibilities of our Senior Account Executive/Account Executive:

- Independently manage and deliver small projects (including full financial management) and support account team members with the delivery and tracking of larger, more complex projects.

- Set up internal account team meetings and assist with arrangements for external meetings (eg telecons/face-to-face meetings with clients or opinion leaders), take notes, and produce action minutes/status reports as needed.

- Arrange faculty logistics for meetings, including correspondence and liaison with any third parties and provide on-site support as required.

- Work with the account team to independently produce simple project specifications, budget estimates, production schedules and project reconciliations, seeking guidance and support as required.

- Assist colleagues with the preparation of more complex project specifications, budgets and reconciliations.

- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of invoicing procedures and clients’ payment processes, assisting with timely invoicing.

- Effectively manage account finances (eg raise new project codes, build budgets, monitor time on projects, chase persuasive evidence, manage accruals, reconcile projects, accurately estimate percent complete figures and raise invoices etc) to ensure maximum recovery on projects.

- Establish positive long-term relationships with a wide range of brand team members in client organisations and opinion leaders.

- Identify new opportunities to grow existing account business.

- Actively participate in new business proposals as appropriate.
