Sales Support Administrator – Ayrshire Two positions available Office Based

Hundreds of Dental and Veterinary Practices use our clients services every day, to offer a simple, fast and convenient way to pay for treatment, which reduces paperwork, saves time and the Interest Free monthly loan repayment makes it possible for more people to have the treatment they or their pet really need.
What you'll be doing.
Looking after existing customers and helping to bring new customers on-board.
TRAINING:
You'll use Screen Sharing to train Dental and Veterinary staff how to use loan software to issue new loan applications.
DEMONSTRATING: You'll be demonstrating (again using Screen Sharing) to prospective clients why they should offer 0% Finance and our client can meet help them to grow their Practice.
COMMUNICATION: Using our clients CRM system you will be planning and recording details of discussions & exchanges with clients, their patients and prospects.
ADMINISTRATION: You will be required to help Practices apply for a Credit Licence and liaise with their finance and administration staff to capture all of the details required to ensure that the system is programmed correctly to ensure the process runs as quickly and smoothly as possible.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Once a new client has registered you want to make sure they get the best value for money by providing them with guidance and advice on how to make the most of their new software and the marketing support that our client provides.
What they are looking for: Your personal skills and qualities will reflect a strong desire to provide excellent customer service and support and the ability to meet deadlines. It is likely you will have worked in a similar role, have had a customer facing role or may have experience working in a Private Dental Practice or Veterinary Practice but this is not essential. You will need to show initiative, enthusiasm, and possess outstanding telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills which reflect and respects our Professional client base. You must possess proven numeracy and literacy skills You are a people person and will have a positive, polite, happy demeanour with the ability to establish close long term business relationships with other team members and our clients customers.
Qualifications and Skills: You must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications You should be educated to Higher level or above. You must have a Full Driving Licence (although this is an Office based role)
The Role
This is a full-time Role Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. . You will work in the office in Ayrshire within a team of two other Account Managers and report to the Operations Manager. You will receive training on the key elements of the systems we use on a daily basis and ongoing reviews during an initial probationary period Salary £18,000 per Annum Annual Holidays 20 Days Annual Holiday Leave, Plus Public Bank Holidays (28 Days in Total)
