Shakespeare Martineau is the leading law firm in the Midlands and we’re looking for a conveyancing executive to join our plot sales team within our Solihull office.

Key duties:

You will work closely with a senior fee earner and partner of the business helping with part exchange sales, plot sales and plot purchases for national PLC developers in a busy and fast moving environment. You will provide an excellent service to our in-house plot sales team and site agents.

Experience

You will have conveyancing experience in the residential and building sector, excellent communication and client management skills, and the ability to cope with a demanding workload and constantly changing priorities.
