You will be joining Content Guru as a Graduate Consultant - this will consist of:
- Providing support to clients across the globe
- Diagnosing and resolving a variety of applications and networking issues related to Storm (the world`s largest Communications Integration platform)
- Taking ownership of Engineering Services projects
- Delivering detailed progress reports regarding queries and projects to both clients and colleagues
- Ensuring that hardware and software are working effectively throughout the company
- Developing and updating Content Guru`s communication applications

- Educated to degree level at a Russel Group university
- Achieved a 2:1 or above in a STEM degree (e.g. Science, Engineering, Technology, Maths)
- Genuine passion for technology
- BBB or above at A-level
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent level of IT/Computer literacy
- A full UK driving license
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
