Regional HR Advisor

I am currently supporting an award winning globally renowned brand in their search for a talented HR professional.

The company operate at £100,000,000 turnover and are Independently owned, they are suppliers to some very well known household names, they have extremely low staff turnover and invest heavily in their workforce.

This role will be both based at the companies Birmingham head office and out in the field at the companies sites in the Midlands and South West of England.

The purpose of this newly created role is to show a united HR presence across the business and provide line managers the support they need the ensure that HR policies and regulations are adhered to across the business.

This is an ER focussed role, but you will also get involved in exciting new projects within the business.


We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and attributes:

• 3 years HR advisory experience in a regional multi-site role
• HR project management experience
• Employee relations
• Staff development
• Staff appraisals
• Management training
• Someone who keeps themselves up to date on current and incoming changes to employment law
• Has a positive and approachable demeanour
• Is able to juggle multiple cases
• Experience of HR Systems and processes
• Shows fine attention to detail

The senior management team within the business are extremely approachable and the culture is professional, we are looking for someone who really enjoys what they do and is passionate about HR, someone who wants to make a difference.

The working hours are flexible, and working from home will also be considered, you will need to be aware there may be some overnight stays and you will need to be prepared to travel to the South West potentially once every couple of weeks.
