My client, a global financial services firm, is currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance professional to join their team. The client is a rapidly expanding, global organisation specialised in providing a broad range of financial services on behalf of multinational companies, private equity and real estate firms. The compliance function is respnsobile for monitoring and reviewing the business operations, providing regualtory guidance and support the various business divisions.

Responsibilities;

• Implement a robust compliance culture across the region by working together with senior management.
• Relationship management with all relevant regulators, external auditors and other external parties, and internal customers;
• Writing procedures and keeping them up to date in line with any new developements as well as reviewing all internal procedures on a regular basis
• Participating in change management projects in conjunction with the development of the Compliance function;
• Undertaking compliance monitoring in accordance with annual monitoring plans
• Point of contact for all regulatory queries
• Provide training to employees on legislation, policies and procedures

Skills;

• Strong knowledge of compliance & risk management; preferable within compliance monitoring
• University degree in a relevant discipline; CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance an advantage
• A minimum of 4 years compliance related work experience in a financial services institution, preferably FCA regulated;
• Strong regulatory knowledge, familiarity with AIFMD, UCITs , CRD IV and MIFID II are preferable;
