Position Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will activate, execute and / or develop annual local demand and lead generation programs that extend and complement SS&C's EMEA Marketing initiatives. This marketer will drive visibility to, and adoption of, integrated messaging; promote new product launches; and adapt, activate and execute corporate programs to local market needs.

This position is responsible for understanding the market, sales and customer challenges faced within the geography and then activating and executing EMEA initiatives, programs, and sales tools. This Manager will monitor, analyze and report measurement against the key performance indicators for Field Marketing programs and will represent the voice of the assigned area in the development of marketing plans to ensure local leverage of all available resources.

Responsibilities
• 60% work with the Marketing Director, area Sales leadership, local business management and others as determined to activate, develop and execute annual strategic and tactical plans to create leverage and efficiency across assigned geographic area and business area, driving greater marketing ROI. Drive influenced pipeline through marketing programs to meet the goals and objectives of the SS&C sales and marketing organization including demand generation activities, pipeline acceleration activities for use by the field, and align these activities with local follow-up
• 30% - create new sales tools and product positioning documents for the field including win/loss analysis, competitive analysis, etc.
• 10% - engage in an active feedback loop with the Director of Marketing, other marketing team members to represent the interests and needs of the assigned geographic area as the EMEA Marketing Team develops new programs.
• Fin Tech software experience is a plus

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Experience running activity from a marketing campaign through all marketing channels - events, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, running ROI reports, etc.
