They now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Technician to join them where you will rectify defects reported by purchasers within the our Client’s and NHBC warranty periods. This is a regional role where you will cover the West Midlands region.

As a Customer Care Technician, you will liaise with the Customer Care Coordinators, reporting in to the Area Customer Care Manager. Using weekly job sheets, you will attend to purchaser defects, ensuring that all reported defects are dealt with in a cost effective, timely and professional manner, liaising with the purchasers as and when required.

They are looking for someone who has a valid CSCS card, and a BTEC diploma in Building Construction, or an NVQ Level 2 or similar. With previous experience working for a residential house builder, you will have a detailed understanding of NHBC customer handover requirements.

With good planning and organisational skills and the ability to handle difficult situations, you will have a tactful and assertive attitude, and be able to make decision.
