They now have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Inspector to join them where you will be responsible for the handover of homes to customers. This is covering Coleshill and Dunston, within the West Midlands

Within the role, you will work with all departments, ensuring the homes are defect free before and after your customer moves into their new home. Delivering the motto “Continuing our commitment to our customers’ promise” you will carry out quality control inspections of multiple new homes and record the results of these inspections.

They are looking for someone who has a valid CSCS card and previous experience of working in an industry where attention to detail is paramount. With client facing exposure and the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations, you will be technically competent and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent communication skills are important, as is having the ability to knowing when to negotiate and compromise. Above all you will be a team player who has an assertive attitude and decision making skills.
