Our client, a beautiful, well known, 3 star and AA Rosette winning hotel in Dorset have identified a rare opportunity within the business for an experienced Sous Chef to take on the smooth running of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away and ensure that their brigade has the highest culinary standards.
As a Sous Chef, you will bring your passion and creative flair to the kitchen to ensure a dynamic kitchen that is consistently creating new, exciting, wowing recipes’ and menus whilst continuing to achieve growth and increased success.
An excellent role offering job autonomy, you will be responsible for the management of food purchasing and storage whilst producing the kitchen rotas and other senior responsibilities.
You will be an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Sous Chef who understands that the nature of the role requires the ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week over split shifts.
Previous experience as a Sous Chef is essential.
