Financial Accountant GBP 25-45k Plymouth Permanent Full Time ref: DB3160
Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by a highly successful nationally operating financial services business. Due to unprecedented UK wide growth over the past 24 months, the company has tasked us to source candidates for a number of interesting permanent accounting opportunities.
Our client seeks to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant who will work closely with the group reporting team to produce accurate statutory/consolidated accounts adhering to UK GAAP throughout. The successful incumbent will assume the number one point of contact for the company`s auditors.
In addition, the successful candidate will prepare and review reports relating to financial performance and post results as required by statute. The post holder will also assume responsibility for compiling corporation tax and VAT reports and postings.
The successful candidate will:
Be professionally part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
Have experience gained in a similar role preparing and posting complex financial/statutory reporting information.
Possess exceptional MS Excel skills.
Be up to date on all aspects of UK GAAP and adherence to reporting regulations.
