So things just heated up here at Stonegate Pub Co! With the recent acquisition of iNTERTAIN we are planning the first Walkabout Bar investment - This latest version of the concept will need a high performing, high calibre General Manger to support its success. A true profile building opportunity...
The Walkabout brand prides itself on providing customers with a relaxed Australian atmosphere, boasting an authentic Australian food and drinks menu, the best in live sport and entertainment, huge sport screens and live bands and DJs.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for standards and a proven track record in managing a multi-faceted large business. The venue is in a great place so someone with passion and creativity to be able to think of innovative ways to drive the venue even further forwards is desirable.
The key reasons to visit must be maximised as well as being able to demonstrate growth opportunities of daytime sales to enhance and build upon the existing food trade.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a great sporting experience driving additional sales through social media and capitalising on the already large sports following the venue has. Being surrounded by competitors the ideal candidate must be able to stand their ground to gain and grow the late night party segment of the business, ensuring the delivery of a safe and successful weekend and student trade.
