Role: Payment Service Administrator
Location: Swindon
Salary: GBP7.50 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Our Client is a well-known financial Company who deal with over 2,000 financial advisers across the UK.
The main purpose of the role is to match all commission receipts from different providers to ensure all advisers are paid promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request and chase any outstanding details from providers/advisers
- Calculate and make payments to advisers using the Company's database
- Processing of adviser and manager correspondence
- Achieve targets to maintain productivity and the quality of service provided
- Support the Team with general administration tasks
Experience Required:
- A proven strong background within Administration
- The desire to constantly improve service
- Knowledge of Data Protection rules
- Ability to prioritise workload and deliver tasks to the required business timescales
