Job Title: Architectural Technician
Location: Nottingham
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months+
Blueprint Recruitment has received an opportunity for an experience and motivated Architectural Technician to join one of our established clients on a contract basis. Joining our clients design team, you will use your existing design skills with Revit and other design software to assist in on-going technical detailing for a complex large scale leisure project. You will also be responsible for engaging proactively with stakeholders and clients for the project, therefore good communication skills would be beneficial.
You will join our client in Nottingham as a part of their successful and motivated design team working a variety of large scale projects. Our client offers a range of architectural services including master planning and interior design within the residential, mixed-use and leisure sectors. Their reputation has been built and established on their ability to successfully delivery of projects with varying complexity, scale and cost.
Essential Requirements:
?? Experience in a similar position and relevant qualification
?? Proficient Revit user and good experience with other relevant software packages
?? Good organisation skills, able to prioritise effectively
?? Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
?? Ability to work both as part of a team and with minimal supervision
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Architectural Technician looking to gain valuable experience working on a large and complex project. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects with the leisure sector and have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Revit. Our client is offering a negotiable rate based on experience for this 3 month + contract position based in Nottingham.
