Job Title: Assistant to Executive Assistant of CEO and Founder

Location: London

Salary: Circa £20,000 - £23,000

Closing Date: Friday 10th March 2017

Based in the company's Central London office, the PA will give dedicated support to the Executive Assistant in all areas of their day to day responsibilities. An all-encompassing and extremely important role within the commercial business, you will be responsible for a variety of ad hoc tasks, as well as being the key liaison person when the EA is away. This is a lynchpin role with scope for progression.

Efficiency, an eye for detail, and pro activeness, are pre requisites of this position as well as great interpersonal skills and imperative in order to succeed and progress within this fast moving, and rapidly expending company.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Educated to degree level is desirable but not a must
  • Proven and demonstrable track record to have worked in fast growing SMEs
  • Able to solve problems quickly and thrive under pressure as well as be energetic and well organised
  • Willingness to become involved in various ad hoc duties on a day to day basis in order to assist the Executive Assistant in any way required; some out office hours may be required although not frequent
  • Proficiency in system skills such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
  • Interpersonal skills required to liaise with senior management and internal staff members as well as external stakeholders
  • Flexibility, willingness to learn, integrity in handling confidential information
  • Proven ability to multi task and think quickly on their feet and handle a faced paced environment
  • Punctual and reliable, willing to go the extra mile in order to produce quality results
  • Ability to understand the key dynamics of the CEO's role and the business so that they can help prioritise and manage workload
  • Self-motivated team player who is confident and flexible with the demonstrative ability to establish a strong rapport with senior management and key stakeholders; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in a culturally diverse environment
  • An interest in education

  • Assisting the Executive Assistant
  • Deal with incoming post, printing, copying and preparing documents for reviewing and signing
