Freelance Packaging Artworker

Are you creative with great technical skills and looking for your next move on a freelance basis?
Our client in Manchester are looking for Packaging artworkers to join there expanding team for 6 weeks. They are looking for someone who also has a technical knowledge!
After winning huge amounts of work from accounts, our client is building upon their teams to ensure an exceptional service.
The role will entail working between the creative and technical studio, liaising with clients and designers, creating artwork from job briefs, having an appreciation of design and also ensuring this is print ready.
Candidates should be passionate in delivering amazing attention to detail, be team players, with an in-depth knowledge of the full Adobe Suite, and have an understanding of reprographics and all print processes as well as a great appreciation of design.
Key attributes required:
- An understanding of Reprographics / Artwork
- Proficient in Adobe CS
- Experienced with Illustrator
- An understanding of all print processes and packaging formats
- A methodical approach to checking digital files
- A creative eye and appreciation for design
- Great communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- Willingness to work longer hours to meet deadlines
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- An ability to work quickly and efficiently and meet tight deadlines
