Complaints Investigator - PP5461

A Complaints Investigator is required to join the Group Legal department of a Life Assurance company. The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate effective and accurate processing of all complaints, and to establish a recording mechanism for all complaint root cause and trend analysis. Candidates should have 3 years Financial Services experience, ideally in Life Assurance, as well as excellent customer service skills. Additional language skills in Italian, French, Spanish and German would be an advantage
