The role:
Being a recruitment consultant is a very challenging career and not for the faint hearted. You will be building relationships with new and existing clients to create some amazing business opportunities. You must have a desire to work in a sales and target driven environment. This is predominantly a sales role that offers exceptional rewards and fantastic benefits. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
