Nexmo is growing exponentially and regularly signs new customers the likes of Airbnb, Expedia, Alibaba, Viber, Line, Snapchat and many more.Our global sales organisation spans EMEA, APAC and AMER and we are continuing to rapidly grow these markets and more as we identify, close and develop new accounts exclusively for our CPaaS API products.Our Customer Success Managers report into the regional sales managers and work closely with our Key and Mid-Market Account Managers. The Program Manager is responsible for driving and managing customer related projects, initiatives and tasks for the Key Accounts working closely with the sales team as well as the rest of the Nexmo organization. The main purpose is to release time, in particular, for the Key Accounts' team so that they can focus on Business Development, Relationship Building and Selling.
