Our client is seeking to appoint into a number of vacancies within the Voids and Statutory Services Teams - The Statutory Services Team has a vacancy for qualified Electricians
Are required to:
- Attend to housing stock and liaise with tenants to identify and diagnose electrical defects.
- Determine the most cost effective and expedient solution
- Carry out repair/installation as necessary
- Undertake both responsive and planned maintenance of electrical services to properties owned or managed by our client.
- Execute workmanship to a high standard and ensure it is carried out in strict compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, and any other relevant legislation covering safety in the workplace for self and others.
Experience
Must possess post qualification experience in Repair, Maintenance and Installation of electrical equipment both in occupied and unoccupied properties including inspections, defects analysis and specifying repairs and installations.
Successful Candidate Must Have:
A valid and current driving licence
City and Guilds Part 3/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or other equivalent qualification and qualified to 17th edition.
