With nearly 40 years’ expertise, our client is a family-run business that provides outstanding fire protection and security solutions. They are now looking for a Security System Engineer to join their hard-working team.
If you know the ins and outs of intruder alarms, door access systems and CCTV systems, this is the perfect role in which to grow and develop your experience and skills. What’s more, with plenty of training and development prospects on offer, you will be able to grow your future potential and worth.
Working across Peterborough, as a Security System Engineer, you will service, repair and maintain security systems for a range of different customers.
Specifically, your role will involve:
- Working with a varied and diverse customer base on an array of different systems
- Increasing your knowledge of Enforcer, Galaxy, Texecom, Pyronics and Karizma systems
- Completing training to advance your knowledge of systems you are not aware of
- Identifying and resolving problems for customers
- Delivering great levels of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Attending the Peterborough office on a daily basis to collect your assignments for the day
- Joining in the on-call rota for weekend and evening work
So, is this the role for you? If so, you will need:
- Experience of working with intruder alarms, door access systems or CCTV systems
- A full, valid driving licence
- Great problem solving and communication skills
- A logical approach to your work
