Based: Elland, Halifax (HX5)

£13k - £18k Basic (according to experience)

+ Commission (OTE £600pm uncapped) £20k - £25k realistic OTE

Hours: 10am - 7pm (no weekends!) Early finish on a Friday!

THE COMPANY:

Exciting opportunities are available to join this vibrant call centre based in Elland. My client is expanding their successful Call Centre team and have a perfect role for those looking to develop a career within Sales as a Call Centre Agent.
From your first day of induction you will be given all the tools required to ensure that you deliver a professional and customer focused journey on each call.
You will be given product knowledge, have on going coaching, live and recorded call listening and daily support to ensure that team and individual goals are achieved. This is an opportunity join a company that have big plans for the future.

Call Centre Agent- The Role:

• As a Call Centre Agent you will be speaking to a variety of customers to build rapport, identify the need of the customer and promote the benefits of our services.
• Identifying customers who be eligible for a special Wills offer
• Introducing customers to a specialist Will Writing company
• Use an internal CRM system to update customer records & the outcome from each call
• You will achieve individual Telesales targets on a daily and weekly basis
• Be confident in closing a sale and professional when handling rejection

Call Centre Agent- Skills required:

• Successful applicants will have excellent questioning and listening skills
• Experience of working to targets within a sales environment
• Self-motivated and bonus driven
• You will confident with excellent communication skills
