Role Description:
This role is a combination of account management and working within their Digital Results Team to understand client business objectives and manage digital marketing campaigns and results. The right candidate would have some account management experience, an interest in digital marketing, good organisation and client / team communication skills.
Account Management:
- Campaign management, account planning and release management
- Build successful rapport and relationships with existing customers and new customers
- Manage client expectations, customer advocate, gathering client requirements
- Prepare tender documents and support bid management processes
- Attend client meetings, understand business objectives, write up contact reports
- Analyse client digital marketing results providing recommendations for improvements
- Support the preparation of company case studies, datasheets and knowledge documents
Client Retainer & Work Ticket Management:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications from existing clients on retainers
- Create tickets in work management system and prioritise work packages
- Prepare clear briefs for team to deliver small work packages
- Escalate new requirements to Account Directors for client communication
Testing:
- Receive solution from team once tested by development team and test before release to client
- Conducts testing and provides feedback to the development team
- Ensures all prior and resulting issues are logged and known
Personal Situation:
The right candidate will already be based in Bournemouth or the surrounding area.
The right candidate would typically have a degree from a marketing or digital background.
