Baxter Consultancy Servicesare currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic company offering advice on mortgages, commercial finance and protection. Theirambition is to branch out into investments and pensions in the future with advisers throughout the South West and beyond.
Theiroffices are currently spread throughout Devon and theyoffer phone based and face to face advice to clients throughout the UK.
Theyhave the facility to allow advisers to work from anywhere throughout the UK so you can choose to either work from home, your own office or one of their Devon based offices.
The position currently available is for a self employed experienced mortgage adviser, with existing clients and contacts. This position is perfect for someone who is either currently working in the corporate world and looking for a new challenge, or an individual already working in the independent sector.
Our clients recognise the importance to help support you as the adviser. As such theyhave a unique proposition which enables you to tailor the services you wish to utilise. Theiraim as a company is to minimise the compliance and administration burden for you, and allow you to do what you do best.
Thebest advisers are self-motivated, organised, and confident. They have a passion to be the best, have great phone skills and are experienced in keeping a lot of plates spinning. It is a very fast paced work environment, but lots of fun too.
