Director of Adult Services
Permanent contract
Full Time - 37 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
This is an opportunity to make a real difference. You will have strategic and leadership responsibility for the management and transformation of services for Adults with a diagnosis of Autism across Autism East Midlands.
An autonomous practitioner you will have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion at local, regional and national levels in the development of services for Autistic Adults. Following a period of consolidation and the reprovision of existing services we are looking for expansion and growth in our adult services.
All of our accommodation based services are rated as good by CQC.
As Director of Adult Services you will lead the cultural, workforce and other changes necessary to secure the transformation of Adult Services creating the conditions for others to perform and innovate.
Reporting to and deputising for the Chief Executive you will participate in the second on call rota along with other senior managers.
You will have proven experience of:
- Managing services over multiple sites
- Negotiating with stakeholders and commissioners to support the development of services
- Managing an infrastructure of complex audit requirements to satisfy commissioners.
A full clean driving licence is essential as is access to a vehicle which has full and comprehensive business cover.
