Circa £14,878 pa pro rata

St Luke's has a vacancy for a HR Admin Assistant on to join our HR team, based at the specialist unit at Turnchapel.

You will be required to provide comprehensive admin support within the HR & Payroll department.

Working with the HR Administrator you will carry out administrative processes to assist with the day to day running of a busy HR department. Tasks will include; preparing recruitment documents, administering recruitment campaigns, preparing contracts and offer letters and a variety of pre-employment checks (Disclosure & Barring Checks, reference requests). You will also support the Payroll & Benefits Officer by providing admin support including typing and sending payroll related letters and on occasion liaise with external agencies regarding payroll related matters.

Applicants must have previously worked in a busy admin role, have experience of using databases and Microsoft Word/Excel and have GCSE English & Maths grade A-C or equivalent. Experience of prioritising work to meet tight deadlines and of working with confidential information is essential.

The position will be available from 1 April 2017.
