We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic & competent person, capable of carrying out a range of administration tasks including:
- Handling enquiries & orders, in person, on the phone and on email.
- Keeping the company workflow and team organised in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Placing orders with suppliers and managing stock control
- Basic book-keeping e.g. raising sales invoices, (training can be provided).
- Calculating basic quotations.
- Provide admin support for the director
- Archiving job records
- CRM would be beneficial.
Applicants should be computer literate, versatile, friendly and be able to think on their feet and happy working as part of a small team.
