Our client is a specialist recruitment company seeking people to join the organisation as part of continued expansion. As a recruiter, they are multi-sector focused and specialise in the placement of talented professionals across several industries. This role specifically focuses on driving sector requirement, providing solutions from one driver to cover sickness/holidays to multi-driver solutions dealing with increased trading needs of their clients. Clients include organisations in the retail, logistics, engineering and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Full 360-degree Consultant position, sourcing/identifying/headhunting candidates for active vacancies. Developing and managing client relationships in a bid to generate new business. Overseeing the recruitment process from initial engagement to successful placement. Dealing with organisations in a variety of sectors including retail, logistics, engineering and industrial markets
For this position you MUST have the following
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a driving recruitment consultant - specifically for temp/contract engagements.
- Experience should be a 360-degree capacity - applicants MUST be adept and confident to manage their own desk including business development activity.
- You must be hungry to develop a career in recruitment and have a passion for sales.
- You should be articulate, intelligent with a high degree of professionalism.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
