Location: Bristol
Remuneration: ??40,000 - ??50,000 + excellent benefits package
Overview:
Sanderson Recruitment are looking for a driven and skilled Learning and Development Manager to join an established and well respected private sector organisation.
Based in Bristol this permanent position offers the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of all training content as well as driving forward the L&D strategy and providing expert support and guidance.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Working experience of developing and delivering content
- Experience across the generalist L&D skillset
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering training programmes
- Good business and commercial awareness
- Exceptional communication skills
- Enthusiasm for generating new ideas/opportunities to help make improvements
