Robert Half are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an international engineering business based in Central Bath. In the last few years they have undergone significant growth, and are still expanding. The successful Accounts Assistant will need to be hard-working, driven and focused. This role is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Raising purchase and sales invoices
- Dealing with Supplier queries
- Monthly reconciliation of all Group bank accounts
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and journals
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Intermediate excel skills
- Available on short notice
