Route Surveyor

LOCATION: Field based, travel throughout the UK - Head Office in Northampton



JOB TITLE: Route Surveyor



SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 + per annum dependent on experience + company car.

WORKING HOURS: Full time - 40 Hours per week

THE ROLE: A dynamic and exciting role where a large amount of your time will be spent out of the office working on site visits and the remainder of your time at the Northampton head office completing surveys and reporting back to your colleagues.



Key Responsibilities to include:- Route Surveyor (Field Based throughout the UK)

• Conduct site feasibility surveys.
• Prepare, maintain and complete reports and sketches to clarify the viability of proposed utility routes.
• Contribute to problem solving, assessing and evaluating outcomes.
• Attending meetings with stakeholders.

Key experience essential for the role: - Route Surveyor (Field based throughout the UK)

• Experience within one of the following industries, Utilities, Civils or Local Authority Highways
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience or knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks Act &/or Traffic Management Act.
• Prepared to work in all weather conditions across the UK.

Key experience desirable for the role:- Route Surveyor (Field Based throughout the UK)

• Knowledge of site safety regulations
• Current CSCS
