LOCATION: Kettering, Northamptonshire
JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP8.46p/hour plus excellent benefits - bonus, incentive's, access to retail discount, cash back scheme, great annual leave and Health care Plan.
WORKING HOURS: Part Time (min 20 hours per week - occasional weekends and evenings)

THE COMPANY: Our client operate a National Accident Helpline and offer advise and services to help people to start their recovery journey and are now looking for Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor's who have an empathetic nature and can deliver excellent customer services to join their existing team working within their contact centre dealing with enquires.
THE ROLE: Our clients dedicated learning academy means that you will get plenty of training and support, so don't worry if you've never done anything like this before. We want to help you to use your natural passion, empathy and confidence to help our clients consumers when they really need it.
The people who call the Contact Centre have suffered a personal injury and, because our client never cold call, you can be confident that every person you speak to over the phone or via our LiveChat service wants our client's help.
Working with out client isn't just a job - whether you're taking part in a community day or charity activity, contributing to our ideas scheme, being chosen as a value champion, being accepted onto our learning programme or having a pizza lunch with the CEO, there is always fun to be had wilst being given the chance to grow, develop and feel valued.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor's role in Kettering, Northamptonshire include:
- Listen and assess the consumers' case, whilst building rapport to support them through the initial stages of their claim and reassuring them of the process
- Work efficiently and accurately to capture data
- Work to and exceed targets
- Ability to be flexible and enjoy working as a team
THE CANDIDATE: For the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor's role, our client is looking for empathetic, enthusiastic and motivated people to join their team . Although you will receive full training for this role but should have experience delivering or the ability to deliver excellent customer services. You should live in or be able to commute easily to Kettering, Northamptonshire and must be able to commit to working occasional weekends and evenings.
