Sales Assistant, Sales Executive, Warehouse Assistant

Sales and Warehouse Assistant needed for our client, a leading manufacturer of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) products. This role is based in their Leeds branch.

They are a constantly growing multi-national group and this could be an excellent opportunity to start a long and successful career within the HVAC industry. This role involves both office and warehouse duties. Once the basics have been conquered, training can be given to learn how to select fans and prepare quotations.

Office duties:

• Inputting orders
• Dealing with suppliers
• Answering telephones and taking telephone orders
• Dealing with customers face to face at the trade counter
• General office duties

Warehouse duties:

• Picking and packing small orders
• Signing for delivering
• General tidying
• Loading and unloading of vehicles

Requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work as part of a small team
• Willing to learn and take on additional duties when asked
• Hard worker
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
