Our client is a world market leader in first class slitting and rewinding machinery based in Ipswich Suffolk.
A position is available for a Control Engineer with the following experience:
Variable speed drives; PLC's (Allen Bradley, Siemens S7- Hardware and software) HMI's SCADA etc.
Experience of PC based HMI programming (visual basic or similar) would be an advantage. Design cycle ranges from CAD design of electric drawings for control panel build through to software design and machine testing.
Good basic salary and fringe benefits for the right applicant, working in a modern, friendly environment. Some foreign travel is necessary.
