Job Title: Industrial Automation Expert- Robotics Expert - CNC Systems Expert
Main Skills:
* Main areas of knowledge required to perform this job is:
- Automated/Machine Automation
- Robotics
- Computer Numerical Controlled systems (CNC Systems)
- Design Engineering, IT/Computing, Site Services, and Automated Manufacturing Systems (AMS).
You will be required to develop, construct, layout, install, service, rebuild, maintain, investigate, modify and correct malfunctions on all types of electrical, electronic and/or mechanical machines and equipment, circuits and systems located on the load side of the power distribution secondary substation feeder breakers with the exception of any emergency generation and associated controls and equipment. You will perform initial checkout and installation of company assets that have been acquired, installed, repaired, relocated, or rebuilt to ensure proper functioning of the control system.
Skills:
* To be well versed in Industrial Automation, Robotics, and CNC manufacturing systems and practices.
* Experience in industrial Automation experience and completion of a Technical Craft apprenticeship within a relevant engineering discipline, or formal degree in addition to practical experience.
* Be an expert in best practice techniques and tools of the trade (for example the use of software packages or Mainframe systems).
* Experience in manipulation of Data (software) and complex machine calibrations/tooling checks.
* High level of analytical, evaluative, and innovative thought required to produce reports that may be used in concessions or customer presentations.
* Well-developed supervisory, project management, planning and organising skills.
* Automation of machine tools that are operated by precisely programmed commands encoded on a storage medium (computer command module, usually located on the device) as opposed to controlled manually by hand wheels or levers, or mechanically automated by cams alone).
