An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support for a portfolio of projects and information services for the Home-Start network.  You will be comfortable and experienced in balancing competing demands, meeting tight deadlines and providing outstanding customer service.

PROGRAMME SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Salary: £16,940 per annum pro rata (NJC Pt. 15)
28 hours per week
Based in Leicester

This role will be the first point of contact with the Home-Start network and support Project Leads and the busy Home-Start UK Knowledge Transfer team with a wide range of administration tasks including record keeping, managing telephones and central email accounts.  Preparation and dispatch of resources and support for meetings, trainings and other events are also key elements of this role.

You will have excellent organisational skills alongside a flexible and proactive approach.  Ideally you will have held a similar project or administrative role and you must be able to demonstrate experience of providing excellent customer service as part of a busy team.  Superb attention to detail and a proven track record or providing excellent customer care will also be crucial.

Occasional overnight travel may be required.
