The Role
We are looking for an Electrically biased Engineer. The ideal split will be 80:20. The majority of the equipment in the factory is electrically based. You will be responsible for fault finding and diagnosing and fixing problems as well as general maintenance.
Responsibilities
a) Responsible for maintenance of site equipment and systems
b) Provide fast and reactive service
c) Be involved in all planned preventative maintenance
d) Work on machinery such as, Conveyors, Robots, Motors, Wrappers, Grinders etc
e) Work in accordance with all health and safety guideline.
The Person
a) Will be an experienced Electrical Engineer in a Manufacturing environment.
b) Have a time served apprenticeship in a relevant Engineering discipline
c) Hold an NVQ level 3 or higher in Engineering
d) Proven history in an electrical environment as an engineer
e) Food production experience would be desirable
You may also have experience of: Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Multi-Skilled, Multi skilled, Maintenance, Technician, Electrician, Manufacturing, FMCG, PPM, Food Production, etc
