Van Driver / Wheel Preparation Technician

Due to the overall quality of our client’s S..M.A.R.T (Small to Medium Area Repair Technique) package, their company is gaining significant levels of customer acceptance and recognition by many sectors of the automotive industry ranging from vehicle manufacturers, PLC dealer groups, local dealers and traders as well as independent used car supermarkets, de-fleeting organisations and most recently, national automotive high street brands as the S.M.A.R.T Repair concept is marketed to the consumer like never before.

Due to increased demand, they’re now looking to recruit an experienced full-time van driver and wheel preparation technician (training provided on wheel preparation).

You'll be in the possession of a full clean driving licence, and your hours of work will be 9pm to 5.30 am.

For 2 nights a week you'll be expected to drive to their Liverpool Office and back collecting and delivering wheels.

The remainder of the week (3 nights) will be based at their Orpington Headquarters workshop.

Experience is preferred and you must be able to drive a Mercedes Sprinter Van.

Regarding wheel preparation, you'll be trained how to paint/powder coat, tyre strip and wheel dip.

Annual salary will be £19,000 per annum.
