Account Executive

A Leading Marketing Communications organisation based in Swindon requires a Account Executive to join their growing produce team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to p rovide day to day contact and support for designated clients, ensuring their business requirements are satisfied. The company requires a candidate with previous customer service experience with knowledge of the marketing communications space.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting all elements of the service provided to the client, coordinating client requirements to deliver seamless services, products, and solutions.
• Maintain close sustainable relationships with day to day operational clients to ensure good customer service.
• Support financial performance to ensure revenue and profit budgets are met.
• Contribute to effective team performance.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience essential
• Knowledge of sector or industry desirable
• Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
• Follows directions and procedures
